Excellent surgery
"This GP surgery is brilliant. I always get an appointment and they always give excellent communication. A couple of weeks ago my daughter had a temperature of 38.8 when I got home from work, I called the surgery at 5.30pm (they close at 6pm) to see if I could speak to a doctor. The doctor called me straight back, discussed her symptoms and asked me to come in. I was seen straight away, at this point it was 5 minutes before they closed. The doctor took their time with my daughter, explaining what they were going to do by using her teddy bear (check the teddies ears and temperature etc.) and did not rush. She also had a small rash and the doctor showed me a quick and effective way to check rashes to see if they were more serious and put me at ease that there was nothing serious going on. I am so grateful that they took the time and didn't dismiss me because it was near closing time on a Friday. I highly recommend this practice and cant thank them enough for everything they have helped us with."
